Home / Our Services
Our goal when we provide domiciliary home care is to make your daily life easier and less stressful while letting you stay in the place you know and love. We think that everybody should be able to live as painlessly as possible, without undue stress or worry. So, to help you keep living a full and happy life, we support and promote independence whenever we can.
Living-in care is a terrific option to residential care. Our home care option lets young and old stay independent in their homes. Our professional carer or care assistant provides 24-hour care and support at the client's home. This programme helps those with chronic illnesses, disabilities, or senior age who need constant care. This may also be a wonderful alternative for those who wish to stay at home rather than in a nursing home or assisted living facility. Since it removes several carers, it is cost-effective.
There is no right or wrong answer to whether you want to spend your last days in a care home or at home. Our palliative care at home services are made to fit your needs, just like all of our other services. We will make sure that your last days are spent in the most comfortable, familiar, and unobtrusive way possible by taking into account all of your choices and tastes.
Our companionship care services are usually only available part-time, but they can be paired with other home care services to make a more complete care plan. Improving the quality of life for people who are having a hard time with social isolation or loneliness can give them the mental support and interaction they need to do well. This includes many things, like having conversations, playing games, reading books, going for walks, going to social events, and doing things that you enjoy, like hobbies or other interests.
We always make our post-hospital care services as flexible as possible. Your support plan will be based on your specific needs and situation, and we will do our best to fit in with your daily life and schedule. Before you leave the hospital, one of our hospital-to-homecare staff will come see you and your family to talk about your needs. We will prepare your support plan together so that it works best for you and is easy for you to use. You can also change your support plan or get more care at any time if you need to.
We are always willing to make changes to our night-care services because we want you to be happy with the help you get. In this way, your personalised night support plan will be made just for you and your unique case. You can add either the Waking Night Care or the Sleeping Night Care Services to a bigger plan for domiciliary home care support. Your night carer's duties can be set up to best meet your needs.
Wizdomcare Ltd is committed to supporting vulnerable people so that they can continue their lives with dignity and independence and be participating members of their own communities.
